As you would expect the BOSSco approach is quite unique.  We don’t just have a website to tell you how wonderful we are, BOSSco have the proof of our customers successes as well as our own web projects.   We have developed our own sites, so that we too understand the whole process, from customer usability to managing content and the graft that needs to go into, on and off line marketing to make sure everyone knows about your website.  Other companies may boast about getting your website on page one of Google, but what’s the point if the customers don’t buy?  Through the development of our own retail sites, social networking site and online design store, BOSSco experience the technology first hand, rather than testing it on your website. 

You should have seen the first content managed website we did for ourselves!  Design was great but the content wasn’t!  That was my fault!  I just kept chucking things in without planning it – because I could!!  The most exciting thing in the world though, was watching someone go round the online shop and finally put something into their basket and making a purchase!  BOSSco also learnt through its experience that what you do offline is just as important, if not more so, than what you do online.  That is why the team at BOSSco have organised coffee mornings, networking events and a Christmas and Easter Markets on our car park to allow our ecommerce clients to see the whites of their customers’ eyes and get that relevant feedback on products and services in person. Webstats are great for learning on how to develop and grow further but meeting with real customers is so productive and rewarding.  The years of experience, learning and work with customers has resulted in BOSSco not simply supplying our customers with simple solutions but providing a whole host or services and products from website design, telephone answering, branding and print to name a few that meet every business need.
